  • Refunds

    All artistic services are non-refundable once completed. If you have any concerns, please contact me within two weeks of your appointment so adjustments can be discussed. Clear communication is essential. This policy helps protect and honor the time, skill, and care invested in your service.

  • Deposits

    A $50 non-refundable deposit is due for every appointment of any service type. The deposit is applied to the total cost of your service and is not an additional fee. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    This ensures that your slot is reserved and assists with effective scheduling.

  • Guests

    Due to limited space, I ask that there are no additional guests at your appointment. Exceptions are made for a parent accompanying their child who is being serviced.

  • Late Arrivals

    There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 fee applies. After 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and must be rescheduled. Late arrivals impact the schedule.

  • No shows

    A no-show results in a permanent ban; no future appointments may be made.

    Appointments are intentionally reserved and prepared for in advance. No-shows reflect a lack of respect for this time.

  • Cancellations

    Appointments should be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If you are feeling unwell, please inform me 24 hours before so we can reschedule. As a one-time courtesy, your deposit can be applied to a future booking.

    Appointments canceled outside of the required notice window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.
