  • Refunds

    All artistic services are non-refundable once completed. If you have any concerns, please contact me within two weeks of your appointment so adjustments can be discussed. Clear communication is essential. This policy helps protect and honor the time, skill, and care invested in your service.

  • Deposits

    A 60% non-refundable deposit is due for all NEW CLIENT bookings. Return clients will have a lower deposit requirement of 50%.

    The deposit is applied to the total cost of your service and is not an additional fee. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    This ensures that your slot is reserved and assists with effective scheduling.

  • Guests

    Due to limited space, I ask that there are no additional guests at your appointment. Exceptions are made for a parent accompanying their child who is being serviced.

  • Late Arrivals

    There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 fee applies. After 15 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and must be rescheduled. Late arrivals impact the schedule.

  • No shows

    No-shows result in a permanent ban: you will not be allowed to make future appointments. The full amount of the service booked will be applied to the card on file.

    Appointments are intentionally reserved and prepared for in advance. No-shows reflect a lack of respect for this time.

  • Cancellations

    Appointments should be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. If you are feeling unwell, please inform me 24 hours before so we can reschedule. As a one-time courtesy, your deposit can be applied to a future booking.

    Appointments canceled outside of the required notice window will be charged fully for the scheduled service value.

  • Reschedules

    A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per appointment.
    After the second reschedule, the initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment with a new deposit will be required.
